2014 Applications Now Being Accepted
Open to visual artists, ArtWalk San Diego @Little Italy is a two day juried exhibition and sale of original fine art that takes place April 26 & 27, 2014. Space is limited, so apply early.

Apply online! It's fast, easy and allows you to pay online with your credit card or by check. Click here to get started with an online application. If you are a returning artist login to apply, if you are a new artist you should start a new application to apply. We recommend that you apply online; however, you may download an application in PDF or Word or contact us to have an application mailed, faxed, or emailed to you. Be sure to apply by November 1, 2013 to be considered as a featured artist.

Booth Selection Process / Priority System
Please note that the first 150 accepted artists will have the opportunity to select their tent location based on the priority system described on our FAQ page. For artists that are not among the first 150 artists accepted, spaces will be assigned rather than selected by the artist. The deadline to participate in the priority system is Friday, May 10, 2013.

Featured Artists
A panel of jurors will select ArtWalk Featured Artists. Each Featured Artist will be specially recognized in event PR, on the ArtWalk Web site, and at the event. Fee and images must be received by November 1, 2013 for consideration to be an ArtWalk Featured Artist, no exceptions.

PACKAGES AND FEES FOR INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS AND ARTIST GROUPS

INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS

The Individual Artist Package includes:

1. The opportunity for an artist to show and sell work directly to the public. Each artist will be assigned to a tented booth space provided by ArtWalk San Diego @Little Italy. Hanging materials, walls, displays, etc. must be furnished by the artist. Electricity is not available.

Note: Two individual artists may not share one tent.

Tent size options:
10 x 10 — $465
10 x 20 — $880
10 x 30 — $1320
10 x 40 — $1760
10 x 50 — $2200

2. Signage:
• Artist name and tent number at location
• ArtWalk poster for artists with permanent studios

3. An Individual ArtWalk San Diego @Little Italy Web Page to include:
• Individual artist name
• Five full-color images of artist’s work
• Artist biography and/or artist statement
• ArtWalk tent location
• Contact information
• Link to your personal e-mail address and Web site

4. One complimentary event t-shirt per tent

 

ARTIST GROUPS

Fee Packages include:

1. The opportunity for a group to show and sell work directly to the public.
Group participation is limited to established, permanent artist groups, there will be no exceptions. Each artists will be assigned to a tented booth space provided by ArtWalk San Diego @Little Italy based on group size. See below for specifics. Hanging materials, walls, displays, etc. must be furnished by the artist. Electricity is not available.

Tent size options:
Up to 6
artists may select: 10’ x 20’ tent OR 200 square feet — $880
Up to 10 artists may select: 10’ x 30’ tent OR 300 square feet — $1320

More than 10 artists may select:
10’ x 40’ tent OR 400 square feet — $1760
10’ x 50’ tent OR 500 square feet — $2200

2. Signage:
• Group name and tent number at location
• ArtWalk poster for groups with permanent studios

3. A Group ArtWalk San Diego @Little Italy Web Page to include:
• Group name
• Images of group’s work (6 images for a 10’ x 20’, 10 images for a 10’ x 30’, 15 images maximum for a 10’ x 40’ or larger.)
• Group biography and/ or statement
• ArtWalk tent location
• Group contact information
• Link to group e-mail address and Web site
